JUDGMENT Ramesh Sinha, J. Heard Sri Deepak Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 9.7.2015 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 6, Kanpur Dehat Session Trial No. 95 of 2012 ( State Vs. Ram Bharose & Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 260 of 2010, under Sections 304, 323, 324 and 504 I.P.C., P.S. Moosanagar, District Kanpur Dehat pending in the Court of learned Additional Session Judge, Court No. 6 Kanpur Dehat. 3. After having heard the learned counsel for the parties present and perused the impugned order as well as the material brought on record, I am of the view that the impugned order is based upon relevant considerations and supported by cogent reasons, hence requires no interference by this Court. 4. The application lacks merits and is accordingly dismissed.
