Ms. Kiran Dhiman, learned vice counsel for the petitioner submits that the present lis is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP(T) No. 7413 of 2008, titled as Raghubir Singh Patial versus State of Himachal Pradesh & others, decided on 24.2.2011. 2. If that is so, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-State to consider the case of the petitioner also, strictly in view of the principles laid down in the judgment cited hereinabove, within a period of six weeks from today. The pending application(s), if any, are also disposed of. No costs.
