Judgment 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matrimonial dispute was resolved and both the petitioner and the respondent are living together and the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petitioner and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
