JUDGMENT: Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Ms. Bhandari, learned Additional Government Advocate waives service for respondents no.1, 2 and 4. As no adverse order is being passed against respondent no.3, notice to respondent no.3 is dispensed with. Heard finally by consent. 2. Heard Ms. Desai, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Bhandari, the learned Addl. Government Advocate for respondents 1, 2 and 4. 3. The learned Addl. Government Advocate submits that the site inspection is fixed on 23/10/2015 at 3.30p.m. The learned Addl. Government Advocate further submits that the respondent no.1 will dispose of the appeal within a period of three months from today. In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1 to decide the appeal within a period of three months from today. Parties to co operate for time bound disposal of the appeal. 4. Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
