JUDGMENT : G.S. SISTANI, J. Challenge in these writ petitions being W.P. (C) Nos.11371/2015, 11372/2015, 11374/2015, 11378/2015, 11379/2015 and 11380/2015, is to the order dated 27.10.2015 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) and order dated 06.11.2015 in W. P. (C) No. 11377/2015 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal. The Tribunal had disposed of the OAs filed by the petitioner with following directions : “In the totality of the facts and circumstances, the OAs are disposed of with direction to DOP&T to examine whether even such candidates who were eligible to take CSE 2011 or had taken 2012 or 2013 or 2014 examination should also be given another chance to take Civil Services Exam with changed pattern in 2015 when the CSAT is made qualifying examination. Such decision may be taken by DOP&T within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. No Costs. Aggrieved by the aforesaid directions, the present writ petitions have been filed. Mr. Naresh Kaushik, learned counsel appearing for UPSC has handed over a copy of order dated 02.12.2015 passed by the DoPT in compliance with the directions of the Tribunal. By a speaking order, the DoPT has declined the request of the petitioners and has rendered reasons for the same. Copy of the order has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioners, who seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petitions with leave to file the fresh petitions in accordance with law. Accordingly, these writ petitions along with all pending applications are disposed of. Leave granted, as prayed. Copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
