Johny Basha, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for R2 and R3 and by consent of both the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 2. In this writ petition the petitioner is seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider her representation dated 30.07.2014 and pass orders on the same. 3. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3. 4.
