JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Gupta, J. The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the Tehsildar, before whom the petitioner claims to have moved an application for mutation, to decide the same expeditiously, within a stipulated time. A perusal of the petition reveals that the application was filed in the year 2015. There is nothing to indicate that there had been delay on part of the Tehsildar in disposing of the application. In such view of the matter, this Court declines to issue any direction, as prayed for in this petition. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
