JUDGMENT Pankaj Naqvi, J. Heard Sri S.B. Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. 2. This application u/s 482 CrPC challenges the order dated 4.6.2015 passed by A.C.J.M, Court No.1, Muzaffar Nagar rejecting an application filed by the applicant for framing of charge under Section 307 IPC. 3. The Court has perused the materials including the complaint and the alleged injury report and is of the view that on the said materials, it could not be said that a charge under Section 307 IPC is not made out. There is no illegality or impropriety in the orders of the courts below. The application lacks merit and is dismissed.
