Judgment 1. Mr.S.Kumar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 3 and Mr.P.Gunaseelan Muthiah learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent and by consent of both the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 and the learned Counsel appearing for the second respondent. 3. In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to settle and disburse her CPS and Gratuity amount with interest based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2012. 4. It is stated that the petitioner was working as Physical Education Teacher and retired from service. According to the petitioner, she is entitled to get the CPS and DCRG and Service Gratuity which are not yet paid to her in respect of her repeated request. It is stated that even though the second respondent informed the petitioner that her request will be considered after receiving orders from the Government with regard to finalization of CPS amount, till date the respondents have not paid the amount. 5. Considering the above said facts and circumstances the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.03.2012 seeking for disbursement of CPS and Gratuity amount with interest and pass suitable orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
