JUDGMENT: Though various reliefs are claimed in the writ petition but the counsel for the petitioner at the outset state that he would be more than satisfied in case the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation made by the petitioner which is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2. 2. It is not clear, whether such a representation of the petitioner is yet decided or not. However, if the same is still pending consideration before the authority it would be proper for them, to decided the same expeditiously. 3. In view of the aforesaid, without entering into the merits of the claim made in the writ petition or in the representation made by the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to look into the representation of the petitioner and to decide the same within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. 4. Needless to say, that the merits in the case have not been decided by this Court, which are to be decided as per the Rules and Regulations, by the competent authority. The writ petition stands disposed of.
