JUDGMENT : The application seeking condonation of delay of 43 days in filing the appeal is well explained by stating that the appellant/petitioner lost his young infant daughter who passed away after some illness in the month of December due to which he remained quite disturbed on account of his home affairs and thus could not file the appeal in time and there arose delay of 43 days. Even though the counsel appearing for respondents oppose the prayer seeking condonation of delay, having regard to the reasons stated, we are convinced that sufficient cause is shown to condone the delay. Accordingly, condonation of delay application is disposed of.
