JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Gupta, J. The only relief claimed in this petition is for a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jalaun at Orai, to decide Case No. 35 of 2015, expeditiously. 2. The case referred to above has been filed by the respondent against the petitioner under section 19 and 21 of the Hindu Maintenance and Adoption Act, 1956. The petitioner is 85 years of age and wants expeditious disposal of the proceedings. 3. Considering the age of the petitioner and the fact that the proceedings are under the provisions of Hindu Maintenance and Adoption Act, 1956, it is considered desirable that the proceedings be concluded expeditiously. It is directed accordingly. The petition stands disposed of.
