JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Gupta,J. The only relief claimed in this petition is for a direction to the second respondent to decide Sessions Trial No. 1302 of 2014, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month. 2. The sessions trial is of the year 2014 and this Court does not find any extraordinary ground or circumstance for directing the Court below to conclude the trial within one month. 3. However, in the facts of the case, it is desirable that the second respondent should make earnest effort to conclude the trial expeditiously. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
