JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Gupta, J. The only relief claimed in this petition is for a direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.1111 of 2009 expeditiously within a specified period. 2. The suit referred to above has been filed by the petitioners against the defendant-respondents. It is admitted to the petitioners that so far all the defendants have not appeared in the suit. Even issues have not been framed. 3. In such view of the matter, while this Court declines to issue any direction, it is found desirable that the trial court shall make all endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
