JUDGMENT : This contempt petition is filed against the alleged violation of the order passed in OWP No. 1301/2012 dated 26th September 2012 wherein this Court had directed possession of the petitioner over the land measuring 2 kanals 5 marlas comprised in Survey No. 264 situated at Nowpora Bandipora shall not be disturbed until further orders from this Court. It is stated in the application that respondent no. 2 was permitted to raise construction by respondent no. 3 even after the order of this Court dated 26th September 2012. In answer to the said contention, objections have been filed and in paragraph No. 5, it is stated that the Tehsildar Bandipora vide order dated 25th May 2015 reported that in view of the order of status quo already directed by the High Court, nobody is taking any advantage or given free hand to violate the Court order and the status quo is being maintained in letter and spirit on spot and no construction is going on in the Survey No. 264 of land measuring 02 kanals 05 marlas nor any material is being dumped. In view of the said statement made, the contempt proceedings are accordingly closed.
