JUDGMENT: Challenging the order Annexure-P6 dated 4.3.2008 passed by the District Programe Officer cancelling the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Karyakarta, petitioner has filed this writ petition. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents points out that as the order impugned is passed by the District Project Officer, petitioner has a remedy of filing an appeal against the aforesaid order before the Collector and, therefore, the petition directly before this Court is not maintainable. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Collector. 4. In view of the same, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedy available by filing an appeal. Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid of.
