JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Gupta, J. The only prayer made in this petition is for a direction to the respondent No. 1, the Executing Court to decide the Execution Case No. 4 of 2011, within a specified time. 2. A perusal of the record reveals that making a same prayer, the petitioner had approached this Court by way of Writ Petition No. 311 of 2013, which was disposed of by order dated 7 February 2013, requiring the Executing Court to conclude the proceedings of the Execution Case No. 4 of 2013, within six months from the date of production of certified copy of the order. 3. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that filing of repeated petitions for the same relief can not be appreciated. It is always open to the petitioner to impress upon the Executing Court to ensure compliance of the order dated 7 February 2013. With these observations, the petition stands dismissed.
