JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Gupta, J. The only prayer made in this petition is for a direction to the Tahsildar (Judicial) Faranda, District Maharajganj to expedite the proceedings of Case No. 165 of Smt. Gaytri Devi Vs. Hari Shanker under Section 34 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950. 2. The petitioner is unable to show any gross delay on the part of the authority in deciding the application in question. Even otherwise, this Court in exercise of supervisory power under Article 227 of the Constitution is not inclined to issue any direction to the Tahsildar to decide the application, which is pending under Section 34 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950. 3. The petition is thoroughly misconceived and is dismissed.
