JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Gupta, J. The only relief claimed in this petition is for a direction to the trial court to conclude the proceedings of Original Suit no.483 of 2009 within a specified time. 2. The suit referred to above has been filed the petitioner against the defendant-respondents and is pending since the year 2009. However, perusal of the order sheet reveals that at present the court is lying vacant. 3. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction, as prayed for in this petition but liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to request the trial court, after a new Presiding Officer is posted, for expeditious disposal of the suit. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
