JUDGMENT Suneet Kumar, J. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The only prayer pressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is as follows: - "(i) issue a appropriate orders directing the learned Court Below to decide the O.S. No. 761 of 2015 in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case within a period to be specified by this Hon'ble Court." 3. On specific query, it is informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issues in the suit have not yet been framed. 4. In these circumstances, no direction can be issued to expedite the pending suit. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. No costs.
