ORDER : 1. Pursuant to the order dated 17.11.2015 passed by the Joint Registrar before whom counsels for the parties had jointly stated that they have amicably settled all their disputes, the suit and the counter claim have been placed before the Court. 2. Counsel for the plaintiff reiterates the submission made before the learned Joint Registrar that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and his client does not wish to pursue the present suit any further. He adds that his client shall also withdraw the criminal case filed against the defendant that is pending before the learned MM, Saket Courts, New Delhi, within six weeks. Similarly, counsel for the defendant states that in view of the settlement arrived at by her client with the plaintiff, she does not wish to press the counter claim. 3. Accordingly, the suit as also the counter claims are disposed of, along with the pending applications, while leaving the parties to bear their own expenses. File be consigned to Record Room.
