Judgment 1. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to forward the petitioner's proposal to sanction annual increment along with attendant benefits and arrears with effect from petitioner's appointment dated 30.01.2010 to the third respondent and further directing the third respondent to sanction the same. 2. According the petitioner, the proposal has not been sent by the respondents 1 and 2 for the past four years. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 fairly submitted that within a time limit fixed by this Court the proper proposal will be sent to the third respondent. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents 1 and 2 to send the proposal to the third respondent to sanction annual increment along with attendant benefits and arrears to the petitioner with effect from date of appointment of the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such proposal, the third respondent will pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs.
