JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Gupta, J. The only relief claimed in this petition is for a direction to the trial Court to decide Misc. Case No. 16/74/2015 filed under order 39, Rule 2-A CPC, within a stipulated time. 2. It is alleged that for violation of injunction order dated 7 May 2015, an application under Order 39, Rule 2-A CPC was filed by the petitioner, which was registered as Misc. Case No. 16/74/2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out that the injunction has already been extended but the defendants are violating the same and, therefore, direction be issued to decide the application under Order 39, Rule 2-A, expeditiously. 3. The application in question has been filed only in the month of August 2015. From the perusal of the order sheet, it does not appear that there is any delay on part of the Court in concluding the proceedings. However, from the order dated 12 August 2015, it transpires that the Court has fixed the next date as 12 November 2015. 4. In such view of the matter, while this Court is not inclined to issue any direction, as prayed for in this petition, but liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to approach the trial Court with a prayer for pre-poning the date. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
