JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Gupta, J. The only prayer made in this petition is for a direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction as well as Original Suit No. 227 of 2010 within a specified period. 2. The suit, referred to above, has been filed by the petitioner against the defendant-respondents and is pending since the year 2010. Counsel for the fifth respondent points out that evidence of the parties are being recorded. 3. Considering the facts of the case and the submissions made, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court to make all endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously. It shall further be open to the petitioner to press the application for temporary injunction, which is still pending. With these observations, this petition stands disposed of.
