The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file an individual Writ Petition, as he has filed the present Writ Petition on behalf of the Association. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner's association to file an individual Writ Petition. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
