JUDGMENT K. RAVICHANDRABAABU, J. 1. This writ petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to reimburse the recovery made from the salary of the petitioner without any Award passed by the competent authority. 2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the Deputy Registrar has already passed an order directing the first respondent to recover the amount from the petitioner. Therefore, unless and until such recovery proceedings is challenged by the petitioner, the question of seeking for a Mandamus that too, for reimbursing the recovered amount does not arise. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the recovery proceedings in a manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
