JUDGMENT K. RAVICHANDRABAABU, J. 1. Mr. S. Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr. M. Suresh, learned Counsel takes notice for R4 and R5 and Mr. D. Shanmuga Raja Sethupathi takes notice for R7 and by consent of both the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respective Counsel for the respondents. 3. This writ petition is filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents 2 to 7 from sending the petitioner on deputation. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is periodically sent on deputation to the other Co-operative Banks. When an attempt was made to send the petitioner on deputation to the seventh respondent Bank, the present writ petition is filed to prevent the respondents 2 to 7 from sending the petitioner on deputation. 5. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing after notice, the learned Counsel appearing for the seventh respondent submits that the seventh respondent is not willing to take the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the respondents 4 and 5 submits that the fourth respondent Bank is willing to take back the petitioner from where she was sent on deputation to the seventh respondent Bank. The learned Counsel further submits that the petitioner can give a representation to the fourth respondent Bank for taking her back to the fourth respondent Bank and if any such representation is given, the same would be considered favorably. 6. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the second respondent is not having any objection for taking back the petitioner to the fourth respondent Bank once again. 7. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made a representation on 11.12.2014. 8. The above averments made by the learned Counsel for the respective parties are recorded and the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 11.12.2014 and pass appropriate orders by taking back her to the fourth respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
