ORDER : 1. Counsel for the petitioners states that in view of the order passed in I.A. No. 25848 of 2015, under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC in CS (OS) No. 453 of 2012, a joint application filed by the parties, recording inter alia the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and the respondent No. 2, in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 28.11.2015, she has instructions to withdraw the present petition. Ordered accordingly. 2. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn, along with the pending applications.
