JUDGMENT Dr. Devendra Kumar Arora, J. Heard. 2. Petitioner has filed instant writ petition assailing the judgment and order dated 27.7.2015 passed by the Additional District Judge, Lucknow in Rent Appeal No. 30 of 2013 whereby the appellate court has dismissed the appeal and confirmed the order dated 16.4.2013 passed by the Prescribed Authority in P.A. Case No. 2 of 2007, by which the accommodation in question has been released in favour of the opposite party no.3 and the petitioner has been directed to hand over the vacant possession of the accommodation in question to opposite party no.3. 3. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to vacate the shop in question but he may be provided one year further time to vacate and hand over the house in question to the opposite party No.3/landlord. The affidavit filed by petitioner -Chhedi Lal in this context is taken on record. Opposite party no.3-landlord is represented by the Counsel and he has accepted the aforesaid offer made by the petitioner-tenant. 4. Under these circumstances, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed off finally with the consent of parties with the direction to the petitioner to hand over the possession of the house in question to the opposite party no.3-landlord on or before 02.09.2016. However, it is provided that the petitioner will continue to pay monthly rent as was paying earlier to the landlord before tenth of every calendar month. 5. Subject to the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of finally.
