JUDGMENT : Biswanath Rath, J. In view of the judgment delivered by this Court in W.P. (C) No.11985 of 2013 and 12 others, this Court finds the petitioners involved in all the above writ petitions and the corresponding Original Application are ineligible for the purpose of selection vide Advertisement Nos.04 of 2010-11 and 08 of 2011-12 and consequently this Court even though set aside the common judgment passed by the State Administrative Tribunal in the Original Application No.3240 (C) of 2010 and 66 others, but in the circumstances all those writ petitions are dismissed so far it relates to their claim for opening sealed cover and or relaxing the educational qualification criteria except W.P.(C) No.7126 of 2013 subject to however directing the State Government as well as the Orissa Public Service Commission to deal with the cases of all these petitioners in terms of direction as contained in Clause-a and b of paragraph-12 of the judgment in W.P.(C) No11985 of 2013 and 12 others. W.P.(C) No.7126 of 2013 arises out of interim direction of the Tribunal in Original Application No.3240(C) of 2010 which needs no direction in view of observation already contained in the judgment in W.P.(C) No.11985 of 2013 and 12 others is to be dealt accordingly.
