JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Gupta, J. The only relief claimed in this petition is for a direction to the trial court to decide suit no. 1268 of 2013 filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, expeditiously within a stipulated time. 2. Section 21-B of the Hindu Marriage Act specifically provides that all proceedings under the Act should be held on a day to day basis and effort should be made to conclude the proceedings as far as possible within six months from the date of service of the petition on the respondent. 3. In view of the aforesaid provisions under the Act, I am of the opinion that no further direction is required. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
