Judgment :- 1. The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to reclassify and rectify the entry mistakes in T.S.No.111 of Madurai West Taluk, Ward No.XXIII, Block 14, based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2014 according to law. 2. Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 3 to 5 and Mr.R.Murali, learned Standing Counsel for Madurai Corporation takes notice for the respondents2 and 6. 3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that in spite of the communication of the fourth and fifth respondent in respect of his grievance, no action has been taken so far by the respondents. Therefore, he submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. In view of the limited scope of the prayer and also in view of the communication of the fourth respondent dated 31.01.2014 and the subsequent communication of the fifth respondent, dated 06.02.2014, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner dated 06.06.2014 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
