JUDGMENT Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present criminal writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned order dated 25.7.2014 passed by the Circle Officer (City), District Rampur directing for re-investigation of case crime no.95-A/14, under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 452, 323, 188, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Ganj, District Rampur and further prayer is to quash the impugned first information report. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is allegation of mala fide hence direction be issued for reinvestigation. 4. Considered the submission of learned counsel for the parties. The Superintendent of Police, Rampur and Station House Officer, P.S. Ganj, District Rampur will ensure free, fair and independent investigation without any pressure or influence of any person or party and to get the police report submitted under section 173(2) Cr.P.C. on the basis of material available during investigation within reasonable period and will also ensure that any innocent person is not harassed. 5. With abovenoted observation, the present criminal writ petition is finally disposed off.
