JUDGMENT Heard Sri Shrawan Kumar Awasthi, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. 2. Submission of learned counsel for petitioners is that the proposal for allotment of land has been made by the Gaonsabha including several names of ineligible persons and excluding those who are eligible. He has also stated that the petitioners are also eligible though their names have been deliberately excluded from the proposal. It has also been stated that till date no approval by the Sub Divisional Officer concerned for allotment of land has been granted. 3. If that be so, petitioners will be at liberty to represent their case before the Sub Divisional Officer concerned, who will take into account the objection of the petitioners before according his approval to the proposal made by the Gaonsabha. 4. It is clarified that if the approval has already been granted by the Sub Divisional Officer, this order will be of no avail for the petitioners. 5. With the aforesaid observations and directions this petition stands finally disposed of.
