Judgment 1. Mr. R.Anandharaj, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1, 3 and 5 and Mr. D.Sivaraman, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for R2 and R4 and by consent of both the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 2. In this writ petition the petitioner is seeking, for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2014, for appointment to the post of conductor at the fourth respondent's Corporation under special category without referring the petitioner's age. 3. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1, 3 and 5 and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 4. 4. Whether the petitioner is entitled to be considered for sponsoring to the post of Conductor based upon his age and qualification is the question that is for the fifth respondent to consider and decide the same and therefore, this Court is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner as of now. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of only with a direction to the fifth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2014, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
