ORDER The petitioner filed this Public Interest Litigation with a prayer to direct the respondents to continue the facility of imparting training to Judicial Officers in Hindi. Reference is made to a proceeding dated 10th April, 1982. 2. Heard Shri Indradeo Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Shri Lalit Kishore, Principal A.A.G. for the respondents. 3. A perusal of the order under appeal dated 10.4.1982 discloses that the State of Bihar intended to impart training to the Judicial Officers to ensure that the orders are also passed in Hindi. The fact that the medium of transaction in the offices is Hindi was also taken note of. 4. We quite appreciate the concern of the petitioner to ensure that the training to the Judicial Officers is imparted in Hindi. The fact, however, remains that in the recent past Bihar State Judicial Academy has been constituted and special programs are formulated for imparting training in Hindi also. With that the objective of the petitioner is achieved. 5. We, accordingly, close the writ petition. 6. Interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of. 7. There shall be no order as to costs.
