JUDGMENT 1. The petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing First Information Report bearing Case Crime No. 32 of 2015 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 307 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 2/3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, Police Station Ibrahimpur, District Ambedkar Nagar. 2. Shri Nijam Ahmad, Advocate has put in appearance for respondent no. 3. His Power of Attorney is taken on record. 3. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of prosecuting agency to say that no evidence could be collected to indicate commission of offence under Sections 148, 149 and 307 Indian Penal Code. 4. In view of the contents of counter affidavit (para 5), learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that let this petition be disposed of as not pressed. 5. Petition is disposed of as not pressed.
