JUDGMENT 1. This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Investigating Agency to collect relevant evidences and file charge-sheet after concluding investigation in case crime No.680 of 2015 under Sections 307/ 394/ 427 of the Indian Penal Code, Police Station Risiya, District Bahraich. 2. Counter affidavit has been filed, in which the steps taken in pursuance to investigation have been detailed. 3. This Court finds no fault in the conduct of investigation. Investigation is responsibility of the Investigating Agency under Chapter XII of the Code of Criminal Procedure. No direction can be issued by the Court to the Investigating Agency to file a charge-sheet. After collection of evidence, it is for the Investigating Agency to draw a conclusion whether offence has been committed or not. 4. Be that as it may, considering the steps taken in the course of investigation, no further orders are required to be issued. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
