Judgment 1. Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3. In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the the second respondent to fix the pay as per the 6th Pay Commission recommendation to the petitioner from the date of his appointment as notified through G.O.(MS)No.111 dated 25.05.2010. 4. It is seen that the petitioner is seeking for revision of pay scale as per the Sixth Pay Commission recommendation. Whether the petitioner is entitled to the relief claimed or not, is for the respondents to consider and decide on merits, and therefore, this Court is not expressing any view on the merits and the contentions raised by the petitioner, as of now. However, as the petitioner already made the several representations before the second respondent and last of which came to be filed on 05.11.2014, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.11.2014, and pass suitable orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law without any further delay, however, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
