JUDGMENT : Hon'ble Pramod Kumar Srivastava,J. List revised. None is present for the revisionist. Heard learned AGA for the respondents and perused the record. Proceeding under section 145 Cr.P.C. was dropped by the lower court on the ground that both the parties are co-owners and Co-Bhumidhars of the disputed agricultural land since the land belong to joint tenancy of the parties. Therefore on this ground proceedings of case was dropped. There appears no illegality or impropriety in the impugned order. Such proceedings cannot be carried out against co-owners. Therefore, the revision is dismissed. ——————
