ORDER Since the issue involved in all these Writ Petitions are one and the same, they are all taken up together and disposed of by a common order. 2. When the matters are taken up for hearing, it is brought to the knowledge of this Court that the issue involved in all these Writ Petitions are no longer res integra. The issue involved in all these Writ Petitions has been elaborately dealt with, by the First Bench of this Court and all those Writ Petitions were dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Hotel & Bar (FL.3) Association of Tamil Nadu (HOBAT) Vs. The Secretary to Government, reported in 2015 (2) CWC 105 and therefore, the Division Bench of this Court has also dismissed the Writ Petition in W.P.(MD).No.10728 of 2015 vide its order dated 17.04.2015. 3. Following those orders, these Writ Petitions are also dismissed. No costs, consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 4. As far as the Writ Petition in W.P.(MD).No. 13838 of 2013 is concerned, it is reported that the petitioner is no more. Therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as abated. Further, the said Writ Petition is also covered by the decision cited supra. Therefore, on merit also, it is liable to be dismissed following the earlier orders of this Court. Accordingly, it is dismissed. No costs, consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
