JUDGMENT Ramesh Sinha,J. Ref : Crl. Misc. 2nd Correction Application No. 361083 of 2015 Heard Sri Anoop Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicants, and Sri R. K. Maurya, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State, and perused the record. 2. The first Correction Application No. 341511 of 2015 filed by the learned counsel for the applicants is allowed by this Court vide order dated 30.09.2015 and necessary correction has been done in the said application. This is the 2nd Correction Application filed by the applicants. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer of the application. 4. Learned counsel for the submits that due to correction made in the order dated 16.09.2015 passed by this Court, the applicants could not appear/surrender before the court below and apply for bail in compliance of the order dated 16.09.2015. 5. The 2nd Correction Application is allowed and the order dated 30.09.2015, passed in first Correction Application No. 341511 of 2015 is corrected. 6. The fourth paragraph of the order dated 30.09.2015 is deleted and in its place follows paragraph be added : "In the second line of second paragraph of the order dated 16.09.2015, the word "323, 324, 308, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Padrauna" be deleted and in its place the word "147, 148, 323, 504, 506, 452, I.P.C. and 3(1) (X) SC/ST Act, Police Station Kotwali Padrauna" shall be read." 7. Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, 10 days further time is granted to the applicant to comply the order dated 16.09.2015 passed by this Court. 8. With the aforesaid observation the present correction application is disposed of. 9. The office shall provide a certified copy of this order to the learned counsel for the applicants within 24 hours. …………….
