ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed by L.Joseph @ Subban, who has been appointed as a Part Time Sweeper on 11.08.1989 through employment exchange and subsequently, regularized as a Night Watchman in regular time scale with effect from 27.10.2000, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize his service from the date of his appointment as issued in GO(1D).No.188, School Education Department, dated 27.09.2010 and also in G.O.Ms.No.179 School Education Department dated 13.07.2012 in respect of similarly placed persons. 2. Mr.T.S.Md.Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 3. As the petitioner was appointed through employment exchange as Part Time Sweeper on 11.08.1989 and subsequently got regularized in the post of Night Watchman on time scale of pay with effect from 27.10.2000, his increment and other benefits have not been properly disbursed, therefore, he made a representation. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has come before this Court. 4. Considering the limited scope of prayer, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1, 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2013 and pass appropriate orders in the light of GO(1D).No.188, School Education Department, dated 27.09.2010 and also in the light of G.O.Ms.No.179, School Education Department, dated 13.07.2012, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
