Judgment 1. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition, as soon as the tender in question is called for by the respondents. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle. 2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh Writ Petition at the time of calling of the tender in question. No costs.
