JUDGMENT Anil Kumar,J. 1. In pursuance to the earlier order passed by this Court, Shiv Kumar Ojha, District Inspect of Schools is present in Court today. 2. Learned Standing Counsel submits that in the instant matter, applicants, for redressal of their grievances, approached this Court by filing Writ Petition No.6520 (SS) of 2013 "Sri Sushil Kumar Pandey and 13 Ors. vs. State of U.P. and Ors.", disposed of by order dated 12.11.2013. Relevant portion of the same reads as under : - "Taking into consideration the innocuous prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction to the District Inspector of School, Pratapgarh (opposite party no. 5) to examine the claim of the petitioner and if it is found that the same is covered by the judgment and order dated 05.05.2009, passed in writ petition no. 8253 (S/S) of 2007, Shiva Kant Mishra & others v. State of U.P. and others, the benefit of the said judgment will also be extended by the authorities concerned to the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. " 3. He further submits that the benefit of the order dated 05.05.2009 passed in Writ Petition No.8253 (SS) of 2007 given to the present applicant has been challenged by filing Special Appeal No.84 of 2010. The said appeal was taken up along with Special Appeal No.84 of 2010 in which an order dated 31.03.2013 was passed, so no case for contempt is made out. 4. The said fact has been disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner and he requests that the matter may be adjourned in order to prepare the matter. 5. Accordingly, the matter is adjourned today. List/put up on 17.11.2015. On the said date, officer concerned will appear in person. ……………..
