Judgment 1. Mr.V.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3. In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider her representation dated 03.01.2015 and grant permission to her to join duty as Graduate Teacher(Maths) in the third respondent School. 4. It is stated by the petitioner that she joined the third respondent School as Graduate Teacher (Maths) and she was on medical leave from 25.09.2014 to 13.11.2014 for 50 days due to Uterus surgical operation done in Kerala. After the surgery she obtained the medical fitness certificate and the third respondent also made recommendation to the second respondent permitting the petitioner to join duty. However, till this date the petitioner is not permitted to join duty even after producing the medical fitness certificate. Therefore, she made a representation on 03.01.2015 seeking for permission to join duty. Such representation sent to the respondents 1 and 2 is still pending. 5. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.01.2015 and pass orders in the light of the proceedings issued by the third respondent dated 14.11.2014 in Na.Ka.No.116A/2014. The respondents 1 and 2 shall pass such order within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
