Order The petitioners have come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, P.C.R. Court, Pudukkottai under the SC/ST Act to consider the Warrant Recall petition of the petitioners in connection with S.C.No.47 of 2015, pending trial on merits, on the same day. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent. 3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners are suffering from illness they did not appear before the trial Court on 14.09.2015 and because of non appearance of the petitioners, NBW has been issued. Hence, the petitioners are before this Court. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is a fit case for issuing a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, P.C.R. Court, Pudukkottai. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to file a petition for recall the warrant and on filing of such petition by the petitioners the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, P.C.R. Court, Pudukkottai, is directed to consider the same on the same day itself on meirts. 5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
