Order This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai to dispose C.C.No.151 of 2011 within a stipulated time. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the perused the material available on records. 3. It is seen from the status report called for in which it was stated that sofar eight witnesses have been examined and the witness warrant is pending against LW.1 and the case was posted on 01.10.2015 for examination of LW. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the case was posted on 09.11.2015 on that day the respondent police is ready to produce the witnesses. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, is directed to dispose the petition in C.C. No. 151 of 2011 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
