JUDGMENT Mahendra Dayal, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant. 2. No one has appeared on behalf of the opposite party. 3. This is an application for transfer under section 24 C.P.C. for transfer of Case No.224 of 2015 filed under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act from the Family Court, Ghaziabad to the Court at Lucknow. 4. By the order dated 15.07.2015, the matter was referred to the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court and it has been informed by the learned counsel for the applicant that the parties appeared before the Medication & Conciliation Centre of this Court and on 09.10.2015 the matter was amicably settled between the parties. 5. By means of the settlement arrived at, the parties have agreed to live together as husband and wife and have also agreed to withdraw all the cases pending against each other. 6. In view of the fact that the parties have amicably settled their dispute. The present application filed under Section 24 CPC is dismissed.
