ORDER : 1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No. 304/2015 registered in Police Station Balco Nagar, District Korba (C.G.) Revenue/Civil District Korba (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 394/34 of Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case on 19/10/2015 complaint was made by Shiv Kumar Kanwar while he was travelling in scooty the applicants intercepted him, slapped him and thereafter snatched mobile and Rs. 500/- was looted. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that actually it is a case of road accident and applicants have been falsely implicated in the case, therefore, the applicants may be released on bail. 3. Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 4. Having regard to the facts and circumstance of the case, taking into account nature and degree of allegation made and also considering the detention of the applicants that they are in jail since 25/10/2015, this court is inclined to release the applicants on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicants shall be released on each of them furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for their regular appearance before it as and when directed.
